Why this exists
I started Articulate Digital after seeing too many business owners spend money on the right tools in the wrong order. The website was fine. The automation worked. But nothing held because nobody had stopped to ask what was actually worth building.
Every engagement begins with one principle: before anything else, I start by asking what is worth building, and why now.
What I Do
I help solo professionals and small service firms decide what to fix, what to build, and what to leave alone.
That might mean a website that turns interest into inquiry, a lead path that stops inquiries stalling, or an application built around how you actually work.
Sometimes I build the system end to end. Other times I provide the structure so clients can implement it themselves. The goal is always the same: clarity first, then progress that actually holds.
Before founding Articulate Digital, I led product and UX work across enterprise, civic, and mission-driven organizations, including work for AAMC and Indivisible.

Responsible AI and automation
AI is useful only when it supports better decisions. At Articulate Digital, I use AI to clarify, structure, and speed up thoughtful work, not to replace judgment or create manipulative systems.
The same standard applies to accessibility. Every site and application is audited to WCAG 2.1 AA on core flows before launch. It is part of how the work is built, not an add-on that gets quoted separately.

What does the $99 Opportunity Scan include?
A focused, asynchronous review of your website or lead flow: where people hesitate, where things stall, and what to fix first. You receive a written scan within 48 hours with the top two to three priorities ranked, clear enough to act on without a call. The $99 is credited toward a package if you proceed within 30 days.
How much does a website cost?
Every price is published upfront. Website packages: Presence at $2,500, Connected at $3,900, and System starting at $6,500. Managed pairs a discounted build with a monthly retainer from $350. App Development is scoped individually and starts with a conversation.
How long does a website take to launch?
The typical launch window is 7 to 14 days.
Do we need to get on calls?
No. The Opportunity Scan is asynchronous: you submit your site and the written scan comes back to you. An optional 30 to 45 minute walkthrough call is included if you want one.
Do you only build WordPress websites?
Website packages are built on WordPress so you can manage your own site after launch. For tools and products that outgrow templates, custom React development is available at project-based pricing.
What happens after I book a scan?
You submit your website or the best public link for your business, and the written scan arrives within 48 hours: what to fix first, what can wait, and what isn't worth touching. I publish a redacted real scan so you can see the exact format before you buy. Read the sample scan.
